- audio-pipeline.test.ts: replace no-op assertions with state checks
- device-manager.test.ts: replace toBeDefined/not.toThrow with actual
  value and behavior assertions
- livekit-session.test.ts: replace not.toHaveBeenCalled with state
  verification and return value checks
