# Description of Changes This change improves link handling in the third-party licenses section. - Added a shared `getModuleUrl` helper that returns `moduleUrl` when available and falls back to `moduleLicenseUrl`. - Updated backend license entries to render as clickable links when only a license URL is provided. - Preserved the existing link behavior, including opening URLs in a new tab with appropriate security attributes. - Fixed inconsistent rendering where some dependency names appeared as plain text despite having an available license URL.
