Update recommended TLD in networking
...
Switch from .local to .internal, as .local is very bad practice for internal DNS (conflicts with mDNS). .internal is a reserved tld more appropriate for such use cases.

On my debian bookworm, installing only firmware-linux-nonfree just "recommends" the `firmware-intel-graphics` package.
I had to install it manually.

simplified debian/ubuntu checksum command

- simplified the debian/ubuntu checksum command by using -O instead of -o install-debuntu.sh
- removed tabs. there is now one command that works for every shell and can run as a "oneliner" too
- added a linebreak at the top because i think that makes it more readable
