* Update download links and reorganize

1. Remove the "All Downloads" button in favour of a global link.
2. Move manual downloads to the right buttons, named as such, and
linking to the new repo browser pages.
3. Reorganize the platforms to reflect our official support (first)
followed by unofficial builds (last).

* Move docker up and add Full Repo links

* Change links from Manual Downloads to Downloads

Keep it consistent and shorter.

* Flip stable and unstable (stable to the left)

* Make stable vs unstable wording clearer

* Update path to install-debuntu.sh

* Update script location

* Fix apostrophe

* Update links in docs too

Also remove incorrect example for the FFmpeg downloads.

* Remove dupe class entries

* Switch Fedora/CentOS to RPMFusion
