# SSH configuration for git

Add this in your `~/.ssh/config` file:
```
Host git.home
  HostName 192.168.3.29
  Port 222
  User git
  IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_ed25519
  IdentitiesOnly yes
```

## 🔐 Notes

- This example uses an **ED25519 key**. If you're using an **RSA key** (`id_rsa`), change the `IdentityFile` line to:
```
IdentityFile ~/.ssh/id_rsa
```

- To generate a new ED25519 key:
```
ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -C "your_email@example.com"
```

- Make sure your public key is added to your Gitea profile.
