* feat(playback): add streaming quality selector

Wire up the previously disabled quality dropdown in the playback settings menu so it sets a maximum streaming bitrate. The bitrate is sent with the playback info request, letting the server transcode to fit; switching reloads the source at the current playback time.

* refactor: treat "auto" as original quality , add string

Fernando Fernández f74c6e6122 fix(build): cycle check after upgrading to Vite 8 
Vite 8 changed the bundler to rolldown, which didn't emit a CIRCULAR_DEPENDENCY warning by default, so our logic stopped working.
