Revoking a scope's key makes reads answer 403 with a distinctive detail, from both My Files and workflow reads. Until now the user saw whatever generic message the caller had — never that an administrator did this deliberately and can undo it. Adds the detail to the special-toast table, and lets it through the suppressErrorToast early return: every caller that reads a stored file suppresses that toast to report its own failure, so matching only in the normal path would have missed exactly the cases that matter. The match is on the revocation detail, so an ordinary permissions 403 still falls through to the generic message. Blob bodies are read before matching, because the file endpoints request blobs and the 403 arrives as one.
